Redge. Name the time and place. If it is not on a Sunday I should be able to meet you there and go to school. You might want to pm me so that ranger doesn't show up for a free lesson. He has a big enough head start already! Lol Mark. Hoping you share Redges thick skin!

Ha Ha Craig!!! You must have talked to Bill. I got it fixed, had to have the aluminum piece welded back on that holds the shift cable in the track.
Common sense isn't always that common!

Got to get out and take my good friend Jeff Powell yesterday and we kept a limit (30) of fish. We did have several fish over 1.50lb up to 2lbs and put the monsters back to live another day. They promised me they would bite Saturday for the baitmasters tournament We were casting and dragging over laydowns in 12-18ft. We had to run around a little bit to find them, they weren't on everything we fished. Let me tell you if your haven't used visciuos his/vis yellow line its the awesome. No twist, no kinks, and pretty tough too! Ranger and I have been trying diferent lines in the hi/vis and this has been by far the best. I always get excited about something new! EB

I settled on it in the lighter weights some time ago and it's my favorite for casting. Just got a new spool of 4lb from Grizzly Jig in today's mail. I do still use Gold Stren in the heavier weights just 'cause old habits are hard to break.

I use Power Pro hi vis yellow in 10/2 and am very pleased with it. I have also started using some old fireline and like it as well.

Very good choice George while fishing many techniques, but while using the technique we are using at this time Power Pro line would make you pull your hair out......Ranger

I only problem I have with power pro is that it blows around in the wind too much wrapping around your dang rod tip 50 times a day. Drives me crazy! But for deep verticle fishing its really good! Now Viscious is the smoothest his/vis line I have ever used for casting. EB

EB, I want to try some--the PP does blow around and wrap around the rod a LOT! Otherwise I like. I've got a new reel to spool so I'll get some and try it.

EB- is the Viscious a braid, fluorcarbon or mono? I'm not familiar with this line, so a little education would be appreciated. Thanks. WW
