These guys from Wichita make them. It's a small willow leaf blade soldered onto a small hook. Before they solder it, they drill a small hole at one end and put in a split ring. They paint them with various colors and designs. They use them with ice fishing rods, equipped with spring bobbers, inline ice reels, and three pound line. The first time I saw them at CB last year, one guy caught (and released) over three hundred nice crappie. Several people tried to buy some, but they don't sell them. They WILL show you exactly how to make them, though.
