Things have changed within the last two weeks. The latest that I've heard was last night and fish were holding around 7' deep over 13' of water.

Fishing for me was off today. Found fish holding 10-12' in between 12-20 FOW. Although we ran into someone at the Ramp that had 2 limits, I only managed to bring home 13 keepers. Lots of dinks today. Water levels have changed and I think the fish are on the move to prespawn areas. Going to fish prespawn pattern next time I go out since most of the brush seemed to be bare of large quantities of fish.

We fished yesterday from 10 until 6 and it was slow all day for keepers. We caught over 100 fish but only kept 33 and they were just keepers. I did catch 1 that weighed 1 1/2 pounds but rest were 9 1/2 to 10 inchers. We fished Spencer Creek, Blue Creek, Goose Island, and Will Rogers. They opened the dam up to over 7000cfs and the creeks had visible current around the timber. I think the fish are wanting to stage in the creeks right now, but too much current and falling water to be consistent. As soon as the lake stabilizes I think the creeks will be the place to be. All our fish caught on jigs with blue/white being the best. Water temps from 45 to 50 degrees.

Fanatic, what area did you fish? What ramp did you put in at, we may have crossed paths?

    Odie,

I put out at the old winganon ramp across from Spencer. I fished spencer creek and blue creek. My boat pic is in my signature, easy to spot I think.

Did you launch around 9am, two of you in a black truck? If so, that was me that unloaded right behind you.

Fanatic, I didn't see you yesterday. We put in at 10 at Spencer Creek. I will look for that blue nitro next time I am out. I have a white ranger trimmed in crimson and grey. Hope to see you on the water soon.
