Fished from 830-530. Found fish willing to bite good finally at 2 pm. Just a few super light takes before that. One real big pig at 2.22, I think it was a male too. Let him go to breed!![]()

You are right Josh. My son informed me my digital scales weigh in one tenths so the next one up was 3 lbs. She weighed right at 2 lbs 15 oz. I'm not much into weighing fish only reason I bought good scales is to weigh my granddaughter's bigger crappie when they catch em. I kinda have that Wally Marshal theory and that's the best place for crappie is in the hot grease.

You in a tracker boat, fishing with a spread of yellow rods Tim?
Yep were you out there yesterday.
Tim, I was in a Lund just to your east. Nice Slab you caught. It was a great day to be on the water.
Enjoyed fishing by you guys. Glad you caught some good fish. Hope to see you again.
Myself and my son got to fish yesterday morning from about 7:30 to 9:00 am before the hurricane force winds blew us off the water. We managed to catch 32 keepers in 18 FOW. Fish averaged 3/4 to 1.5 lbs. Caught several smaller fish. Water temp was around 38 deg. Bigger fish were holding tight in the brush near from the bottom up to about 3 ft. off bottom. A lot of small fish suspended around 12 to 14 ft deep. Using drop shots set 15 to 17 ft.
