That will get me 6 trolling rods(of different length) with line counter reels, the troll-a-matic and some more rod holders. I have already been buying some Bandits here and there. I bet my cost per pound of crappie is near $100 RoflRofl

It's not good for any motor to idle for long periods of time really 2stroke 4stroke car boat lawnmower whatever it is but it's harder on the 2strokes.

Tracker V18 All Fish, 18 foot. Not much room left for any more batts.

I have talked to several mechanics concerning stress to my motor while idling. They all said it wouldn't hurt the motor as long as you ran the motor after a long day of it. I know guys that are using trolling plates on big motors like 250's. Now I may burn my motor up tomorrow but as of now I haven't had any issues. As long as the water pump is pumping water I feel safe doing it. Not sure I see the difference in long term wide open running and running at idle speeds. If the motor is being cooled all should be good.

Same here... Johnson 88SPL 2-stroke, never fouled a plug, sometimes go 2 years before changing plugs and I troll many hours each year for craps, eyes amd salmon. In fact when pulling plugs that's all I use. Not saying TM can't be used or isn't as good just that's all I use. Seems like the wind is never calm enough here in Ohio to use a TM for plugs except downwind at times. I think using a high quality oil in the gas makes all the difference on fouling plugs or not. If ya use that stuff found in the local mart or gas station you're asking for trouble. Good oil is right about $20 per gallon now but worth its' weight in gold for 2-strokes. Long answer... sorry
