Rickie, there's no sensitivity menu that I can find yet. And you're correct, some of the touches will drive you nuts. When the unit first fires up you have to hit the confirm button and sometimes I hit that guy 10 times and finally it will work. On the menus if you try to slide sensitivity or any "on/off" settings, it will jump around or not even acknowledge.
The location of the "x" on top is very tight to the bezel, so you hit it and you end up hitting the choice below. Sometimes you hit the "x" but it just sits there.
I have informed the engineers of that also.
