Nothing to do with reported equipment position accuracy. It has to do with relative direction below the .5mph. Relative speed and direction can be estimated using software based on last known position history files and at these speeds, usually is pretty accurate. You not gonna make any sudden directional changes at .2 mph. holycow! Don't tell me it can't work below .5 mph ........... Geez.
How you think we landed on the moon? It was estimated with much cruder equipment. My story and I am sticking to it.
