I am no expert by any means, but from the side view it looks to be a touch too high and angled too much from front to back. Before you move it, you may want to try changing the angle so the front of the transducer is slightly lower than the back or at least level.

Will do, so basically angle it opposite of how it is now cause it's slightly angled down at the tip of the transducer

I see one problem in the picture, you are to close to that rib on the bottom. it is creating air bubbles, If you till it up in the back it will plow through the water, it needs to be tilted forward just a little and mine is about 1 inch below the bottom, to get away from the bubbles the revits are creating. I try to get you a picture after while.

On my boat that is welded, no rivets, its not that low , about half the transducer is blow the bottom and not tilted as much. The bottom is smooth on it , so I didn't have as much disturbance from the bottom of the boat.

So your thinking I should lower it a little bit?

Just looking at the picture. It looks like your txducer front is above the bottom of the boat?so that you have water making a wave in front of the txducer. I have a pontoon and the transducer is mounted even with the bottom of the toon, but not below the chine that's on the bottom of the toon. txducer is pointed up in the front.
Hope the picture helps, I get a good view at 24 mph
    That's a Hummingbird txducer

As someone else said, you don't want it too low in the front or it will plow a bit, but I am guessing with an aluminum boat like this, it rides a bit nose up and not level on plane. With the xducer already slanted down in back a pretty good bit, it may be too much at speed. I would see what it looks like one click higher in the back. The manual says the side seam should be level to about 5 degrees down toward the back. The other thing is that the seam should be level with the bottom of the boat on the inside seam. Yours look just a bit too high but when you change the angle it may look a bit different. You should also be away from the ribs and rivets but since you said you have already moved it several times that maybe there is some other problem. I have a Helix 5 with SI on a fiberglass boat and it does well at speed but is just a bit low and has a slight rooster tail. I don't want to move it up because it does work well the way it is.

Another thought....is there anything on the bottom forward of the transponder, I'm thinking a live well drain in the bottom, or anything that breaks the smooth bottom.
Just throwing out ideas cheap to check. It's a new boat maybe packing tape on the hull
    Good luck finding the problem

From looking at the pictures you posted, you need to lower it some and move it to the right, maybe to the middle of that mounting board your using, get away from that rib on the bottom of the boat, right now you are just to one side of it, That thing creates a lot of bubbles . I know what your going through, I have a 14 36 john boat and a 99 tracker 175 with them ribs on the bottom, took a few adjustment before I got them right. I'm boat poor, there is 4 sitting here in the yard.
