I have a terrova and a foot control motor guide...The terrova is excellent for trolling,only way to go.The terrova SUCKS for dock fishing,bass fishing,anytime you are moving around back and forth trying to fish and move the boat in small areas....You can not watch the motors direction and fish.with the digital footpad you have no idea the direction the motor is going with out looking at it,,,,you cant half fish for watching the motor....With that said Terrova rocks for trolling,and offshore brush pile fishing,,,Foot control for all else
