I married a woman who likes to fish as much as I do. That got pretty expensive when I bought a new 898 si unit a couple of years ago for the console of the boat. Well, she likes to sit up front and run the trolling motor and began to complain that I had the nice new unit to look at and she still had the old cheapo at the bow. So to keep her happy I had to buy another 898 for the bow and network them together. Now that created a whole new set of problems. I used to say "Honey, if you move the boat 20 feet forward I bet you will catch a lot of fish", all the while knowing that if she moves the boat 20 feet forward she will be off the fish but I will be right on top of them (haha). But now with the 2 networked units she switches hers to see what my unit is seeing and gets all huffy when she discovers that she is sitting over mud while I have a loaded brushpile under me. I'm thinking about putting her unit in simulation mode next time out, it always shows lots of cover and fish, that way maybe I can start outfishing her again.

She'll really like it when she sees that swimming pool in the 898 simulator...
