I'm posting this as part of my court mandated "public service". (another story best reserved for another forum)
So here it is:
You'd love to buy the Lowrance Super Mother Finder but dropping 2000+ just feels wrong. Plus your marriage counselor say your spending is putting extreme stress on the relationship. Blah blah blah.....
(whatever, you know at today's fish prices you're saving money in the long run)
So here is the plan.
1.Go get a good GPS for your boat
2. Launch the boat and wait for an obvious crappie fishermen to stray into your web.
3. Make sure he has a huge fish finder on there, he should barely be able to see around it.
4. Follow him around all day, pretending to fish 50 yds away.
5 . Soon as he pulls up his trolling motor, you start your big ( 25 Hp) motor
6. As he leaves the spot, you swing over it. Mark it and follow all day.
7. As he quits for the day, you decide to stay out a little longer. No need in clogging up the ramps.
