Thread: Oklahoma Firefighters Burn Camp Aug 9th. NEED HELP PLEASE!!!!!!

Minnow Man can't make it, but I just called the Professional and asked if he could go, and use my boat, he said, thought he could, I have 5 or 6 life jackets and some rods I told him to let them use. Thanks T C. for alerting me of this, I just scan the lake threads,& T C, Ranger & EB's threads, to see what they are catching, Hardly every post, Just things like this get me going. I have already asked my wife if we could go later, bless her heart, she has worked so hard to get us there, to see our oldest Granddaughter. A NO GO THERE. called 3 other firefighters, 2 active, & 1 retired volunteer, to let them know about this, they will contact TC.

SC,I just watched OUTDOOR OKLA.THIS MORNING 8AM.They announced the burn camp needing boats and volunteers for AUGUST 20 TH.Have they changed the date?

PapaScruggs......The burn camp fishing event is still set for Aug 9th. That was a mess up this morning. I have 3 calls so far on it so far this morning, lol. I talked to the burn camp director and they confirmed that it is still set for Aug 9th. Hope to see all of you guys out there!!!!

what else do you need? I have a guy that was going to bring his boat, but can not. He asked what do you need that he can buy? pop, chips, water, food, worms? what?

Ledge, I dont believe anything like that is needed. If he wants to buy a gift card to Walmart or something he is more then welcome to and you can bring on Saturday.

door prizes?

Ledge, I am not sure how they are going to plan on issuing out the gifts. I am sure will go to some big fish and small fish and so on, but they may raffle also. Mark and I have been able to obtain several things for prizes but since we will both be fishing I am going to give the prizes to the director so they can help in deciding who gets what and when.
