Talk about a perfect day!! I couldn't have custom ordered better weather. Fish were biting like a hammer! Water temp 44 degrees. Caught our fish and put out some structure. I am a blessed man, and I know it, and am thankful for it!

Nice catch, I'm jealous. Got off work at 8 this morning and was wishing I was heading fishing instead of to bed😢😢
Nice catch Redge.
Thanks Bowman. Where you been Bro it's time to get on the crappie water.
Nice catch Redge!
Wednesday morning starts my days off, weather permitting I'm taking the boat to work and fishing after I get off that morning. Got some new trees to check out!!! Speaking of new trees, I found several in the 70 fow range but didn't show fish on them. You guys ever fish that water depth range??
Nice!
Success, humility and gratitude Ledge; really nice to see! Along with those nice BC- thanks for sharing!
Oops- I mean Redge!
Good going Redge.
Bowman that FF won't lie to ya! If you don't see fish they arent there. We pulled fish from 25 to 45' deep, this weekend.
Thanks Ciller, it's snowing again as I type this!! Just look what your missing !
Nice going Redge.
Cleaned 23 from yesterday, all average keepers except for 2-3 that were 14 inches. Just can't find the big fish yet? Oh well, I'm happy just catching fish😃. Couldn't get bit till around noon again for whatever reason, but then the bite picked up. We probably caught 35 or so total, but only had the 23 that were legal fish. Bite was coming from 30-35 ft, color didn't really seem to matter.
Well, I consider that a good day right there! Keep up the posts and send GPS headings!
Got on the the water a little later than I wanted. Fish were thumping hard, no playing around. Went by myself since my partner wasn't here. Same old story, pulling them up from 30' deep or deeper. Don't think color mattered today.

Nice Redge. My boat was in the shop today or I might of been out there with ya.
Redge, you must be part Polar Bear. Brrrrrr Nice fish!
Dang you redge. it's no wonder I can't catch any good fish, you get em all before I can😡😡😂😂. Nice catch sir.
Thanks guys. Bro you need to get over here before Bowman catches them all!
Frank it wasn't cold while I was catching them, but sure seemed cold when I was cleaning them! Kind of glad I only had 1 limit to clean!
Nice catch Redge, again! Man you got that lake dialed in!
Another terrific day I got to enjoy!! Saw a bald eagle about 20 yards right over my head! I think he was trying to tell me he wanted breakfast. Seemed I could only catch 2-4 fish at a place? Closed the livewell at 10:30 and played with the fish finder.Attachment 153658
Another fine job Redge. Wish I had some free time to fish. :fish
Redge, you da man! WTG!
Boy that one at the bottom of the pic looks HUGE!
Bop one of those crappie on the head, toss him overboard, see if the eagle gets him. If not you can always go back and pic him up. Would make for some good pics if you could train him up.
Redge, I had a bald eagle right over my head about the same height when I was on Hwy 69 right in Muskogee the day of the nav channel tourney. He looked like he was looking for road kill.
Redge, check your messages.
Odie
Thanks guys, Fishers I have had them pic up a floating fish before, it was cooool!!
Dave Wagenblatt is a pro photographer on Grand Lake. He has taken many close ups of Bald Eagles up there this winter. His number is 918-257-8381
Fishers I'll send you a pm with pics.
Well I was heading to Tenkiller for some long needed enjoyment, but there I rain on the radar heading this way and I'm not sure I can get the daughter to go out in it. We'll see what happens.
Well it was a no report day for me. 3 shorts for us and only saw one other boat catch one and they threw it back as well. Guess Redge has them all corner up for himself.
Jamie with the wind blowing as it was today no way could you of fished where you needed to be successful in the areas we have been catching them......with 25mph winds gusting to 38mph early I saw on one news station made it a tough day in open water......Ranger
Sorry you didn't get into them Jiggin! I definitely don't have them cornered, now Ranger on the other hand has em named!!
What a terrific day!! Caught some really nice fish! Saw Sr Jigger on the water and Brosborough also. The water was 50 degrees or so. Caught fish from 45' deep in 60' FOW and 16' in 35'FOW. Bite was really off, but I am hard headed!

Figures Redge, I working mids and your out corning them up again. Great report, hard work pays off from time to time.
Wow, 45' feet deep! Nice.
I agree Jiggin, hard work does pay off, sometimes!
Dr 35- 45' is the norm for us in the winter. I am so ready for warm water!!! Trying to get your jig in their face is way easier if they are 15' instead of 45!
