CJ WATER TEMPS AND FISHING THREAD FOR FALL 2015 & 2016

cj polecat you ain`t in a nursing home are you ? Was able to get the boat out, was pretty windy. Fished from the Main Boat Ramp at dark (the boat`s lights aren`t working (yet), and the Marina. Caught many smaller crappies 8"- 10" but nothing worth keeping. Will try again soon. This weekend have to finish the Black Hole with 25 bags of Quik-crete. Anyone willing to slop concrete for a couple of hours please feel free to PM me...will be grilling out !

Drove over Robert Eastman today at noon, 2 pontoons were off #10 (Whiskey Island) and surprisingly 4 boats were clustered together on #8A and B just off the Crabill House...anyone here aboard any of them ? If so, c`mon, spill the beans ! And don`t try saying that was bird watching or playing cards...

Just trying to spread a little HUMOR, Everything else is doom & gloom , algei, E-coli, etc. Doc deserted us for the fork. Next they are going to close the gates and drain the lake, Intimadater is going to run out of Kechickso. What's an old man to do?

Uh, CJ, think they would have to OPEN both gates to drain the lake... If you close the drain on your bath tub with the water running the Mrs is going to shove a mop your way...

Don't worry Fritz, I'm never gonna run out of Keitechs! Plus, I just ordered a bunch of other stuff that glows for the fall bite.
I'm headed to the Dr today...they are gonna try and uncross my eyes.LOL
The eye drops they made from my blood are working like a miracle. Now my prescription has changed on all my glasses, so I have to get all of them redone to be able to see again.
Then I can fish!
I saw Doc at the football game last night, he drove up to Ben Logan to see his Grandson play....he and Lynn are fishing a big tournament on the Ohio this weekend. He'll be back on CJ soon.
They just fixed the dam and spillway, so CJ is set for 20 more years.
We can't do much about the algae stained water except learn how to adapt and fish it.
The e-coli crap is another issue that stinks!lmao
Gotta get ready for my appointment.

Water temp today was 70 degrees in the morning and 73 degrees in the afternoon...the lake dropped around 12 degrees over the last week.
