Fished after the first storms from about 5 to 7:30pm, left when the wall clouds showed up... even though i had my rain gear on, I figured I better leave then....GOOD CHOICE BY ME!
Went to deep Water, it was dark and calm....just stayed with the GLOW plastics and caught fish, tonight they even hit a moving bait or a varied retreive...used plain heads and horse heads, either no difference...too bad RR heads don't have sickle hooks. I think I'm gonna get my guy to make me some....sickles hook up much better.
I caught somewhere in the neighborhood of 40 fish, and most were at least legal this time, with 6 or so over 12.
The worst part is trying to keep the plastics glowing, as soon as it stops, so do the bites...Rusty is gonna try and find me a ice jig charger instead of just using my phone or flashlight.
    Anyway, another fun night.
    Good fishing!

They are safe to eat now buddy!
Most are still too soft and mushy for my taste....Due to the warm water.

IMHO, they still have a funny taste, i think it's all the algae???....normally I wait until water temps are back in the 40's before I keep any....I keep fish all Spring, until after the spawns, then stop until late Fall...just my preference.
