I just acquired the Ranger Aluminum line and I know the details. This has been in the works for awhile, and Platinum Group made approximately 10 times their investment and cashed out. You think they will keep making Stratos boats or just let that brand die? Only reason I ask is because I have been interested in the Stratos 1760 DV for a long time, really like the layout and the pricing is very resonable. Once my three year old starts kindergarten and I can get rid of the $600 a month daycare bill I might be in the market and that was one I was planning on taking a close look at.
