Love deer jerky. I got a good recipe too.
A bottle of Dales
A bottle if Teryaki Baste and Glaze(the thick stuff)
Regular bottle of Liquid Smoke
Two TS of Mongolian Fire Oil
Two TS of salt
" of Tabasco Sauce
" of Crushed Red Pepper, or to taste.
Combine all ingredients in a big bowl.
Soak strips of lean deer in marinade overnight. Dehydrate for 7-8 hrs in a cheap dehydrator and enjoy. It's Gooooood. This recipe does about 5lbs of meat, and comes out to about a gallon bag of jerky.
