I think you battery cables are corroded.....I bet if you skin some of the isulation off they will be green

Took the batteries out n checked all the connectios the took the cover off the Terrova. Couldnt see any problems at all but the volts still drop from #6 to 5 volts. Trolling motor stipp wont ccome on. Ahhhhhh

The connectors looked good G but ill take a gander at em. I have 1 connection i havent checked n its a pain to get to. WAY up under the console

I am not talking about connections.....talking about the wire itself. But yeh.....check the connection under the dash. If your reading 36 volts at the batteries and not at the TM....its got to be either a bad connection or your wires have corroded up to have that much of a voltage drop. Did you disconnect at the TM to read your voltage there? if not something could be wrong with the TM

Its reading 36 unconnected n as soon as i connect the wires it drops to 5

Disconnect the wires at your TM and then check there....if you have good voltage there then something is wrong with the TM...If you still read a voltage drop.....its a problem with your wires or connections.
