    I had a good friend of mine die 3 weeks ago, 28 years old and had a heart attack, it really opened my eyes and put my big arse on somewhat of a diet and I'm down about 10 lbs right now and tryin my best to keep on keepin on that track!

    It's tough to get the pounds off but looking at all of the health benefits of loosing the weight gives you, makes it a little easier. Y'all hang in there guys.
