lost 60 lbs and from 50 waist to a 46 with this. a ways to go but still working at it . rules of diet #1 never buy anything to eat where gasoline is sold . #2 no soft drinks ( not even diet ) #3 one piece of bread daily #4. no sweets other than those under 130 cal . (sherbert ) last reduce fried food as much as you can stand .
