Yeah i think i can kick them. Its going to be tuff but for the better. My dr told me if i want to get off some of these meds that i got no if ands or butts lose weight. Both of my parents died young of heart attacks and this weight aint helping me one bit. And i would like to see my little grad and get married one day. So time to man up and do what i should have already done.
