Totally different rules, no water is off limits in Washington, off limits stuff is on the river channel, very common with river lakes but not normally any restrictions on land locked lakes.

Fishable waters: May fish either/or Washington, Lee, Paradise, Ferguson. You may launch from any public ramp. You may fish the Mississippi River South to Lake Lee but including lake Lee but not pass Lee, OR North on the Mississippi to and including Whittington but not past.

Dang I was gona fish 1.6 feet past whittington... My point is rees that every tourny has rules and a board to make these decisions.c.c has rules and a board put in place to make hard decisions that dont always please everybody.another point I was trien to make is mcc gets bashed everytime someone says mcc its like a kurse word on this forum. I th ish c.c mcc and crappiemasters. I show up pay, fish and have a good time. If u dont like one set of rules dont support that club

Maybe I should not have used washington as a example. Crappiemasters has a similar rule on coe lakes also

Tommy, if you put in a River lake most of the time you can leave out of that lake and go up and down the river channel to a certain point, even on the Tombigbee you can lock up or down to a certain point. Lakes like Washington and the COE lake are called "land locked" because you cant access other water from them.
