How do you go about deciding on what water is "accessable to everyone"? I have never heard of a rule like this in a TX of any kind. Most TX require you to launch from a specific ramp and not to get out of your boat and if you can get your boat into an area that others cant then more power to ya. I may fish the dang thang in a Cabin Cruiser so nobody can fish water less than 6 ft. After all their rule say's water that everyone can access... Sounds like a trolling only Tx to me..

Sounds like backyard baseball as a kid. Make the rules as you go.
What if, the water level that it is, no one shows up?

Someone needs to show up in a cabin cruiser and that would keep EVERYONE from fishing in the woods and the shallows too since not EVERYONE could fish them. lol

I know it's hard to be fair to everyone but I don't remember the rules getting changed for the jon boat folks when strong winds and high waves made it too dangerous for them to fish certain areas they wanted to fish but as soon as the tables get turned to give them a possible advantage the rules get changed. LOL Gotta love it. Now where did I leave my cabin cruiser?

My thoughts exactly, crock of crap. There had been talk about this before the Grenada tourney but didnt happen but here it is now.
Part of tourney fishing is being willing to challenge yourself and yoiur equipment, whether it be shallow water, locking up or down and hoping to get back through without a delay, or 4 foot rollers where you were on fish yesterday.

Yikes I went in their Saturday in my boat, can't get in there in Sat's glass boat but can in mine. I have always fished the tourney's where if as long as you stay in the boat and can get in there then more power to you. They are talking low water and the dangers with it, man ya'll fish when the weather is WAAAAAAY more dangerous. Washington this year was dangerous.

I have duck hunted "wildcat" in years past, if you know where the ditch is and can follow it you can get in. My boat draws 10" of water and I had to push some but can get in. You ain't going to get a 522 in there.
