In the cholesterol dept......You might be unhappy if you knew the fat content of some of that stuff on your plate. A salad can add up to trouble in no time flat. And I've always heard that liver is high in fat as far as cholesterol goes. It's 21% fat before it's prepared. I've had co-workers go on salad diets and gain weight. Guess you're going to have to do lots of research to figure it out. Hang in there, though. Once you get it figured out it will definitely make a difference!
