Ain't none of us perfect right off the bat! My dad got dealt that same double and it took my Mom a longgggggggggg time to figure out what he could have to eat and which things were the lesser of the evils. And it's a lot easier when you are eating at home. When you eat on the road you never know exactly how they make things and don't always have a lot of choices.

Man that looks good, had some bacon wrapped shrimp at lunch.

My wife is going through all the same stuff Minner and she is young in comparison to you. Her sugar at first was 330ish and chol was 760ish. Both are better now but it takes alot of changing.
