Got up before dawn as usual, things to do on my day's off. Was busy yesterday, another day today. Did some tidy work on the driveway:



The Vermilion river off to the right after getting off the blacktop. Never mind the ivy growing next to my signs, I likes such things. Didn't kill it off.



Then it starting raining. If that's the case, in the house I go to make fresh sausage. Ground up fresh pork:



The folks can say what they want about prices on hooks, bobbers, and jigs at Bass Pro Shop or Cabela's. Cabela's makes the finest processing equipment around - I know. Breakfast sausage this is, maple syrup involved. Stack them up, then into the freezer:



Will work on a different blend the next time it rains, link sausages probably. I know folks find it much easier to go to Walmart to buy sausage. I find fun in this, the way I roll. And, I know for a fact the chicks tear it up
