    I made Peg 2 containers of lemon ice she loves the stuff I make it strong and tart and its very refreshing one container I will add a can of condensed milk and make it like sherbert. Until I do here's how I do it with a video how to recipe on bottom.

    Sounds good. I just picked 114 lemons. I have a sorbet machine and plan on making some lemon sorbet tomorrow.

    Our beloved lemon monster made way too many to count this year, os se squoze them and counted 9 gallons of lemon juice. Theres the video to show what i mean.

    I got 2 gallons from 70 lemons so you picked + or - 400 lemons Cap. I gave the other 40 to a few of my neighbors. One of my sons called dibs on the ones left on the tree. I stole your idea of freezing the juice in water bottles. That is a lot easier than fooling with ice cubes.

    That really makes us feel good that we could help here is something else be sure the bottles completely thaw before using what freezes is the water so if it is not all thawed ya got lemon concentrate at first anteh watered down after it melts

    Thanks for the advice. I like to mix it with bayou satsuma rum, simple syrup and ice. So a bottle will be about the perfect amount per 1/5th of rum
