Kyle Allen at Texas A&M has decided to transfer. Didn't say why. I figure it's because he got hammered at Bama. He's a party pooper, we don't need him if that's the case. He'll lose a year when he does, but still has two years given he's a sophomore. I'm thinking Oklahoma will pick him up. So be it. Fine with me.

The trip to the dome was fun, the kids really enjoyed it. Mangham didn't come out victorious, but have made a heck of a run.

Bet it was big fun, I love watching prep football. Football the way it's supposed to be. I've gone to the dome a couple of times when Carencro was in the finals.

I have not been to our high school football games since my boys graduated many years back. But tonight at 6PM they are playing for the state 4A Championship at Williams Brice Stadium. (where our Gamecocks play) They made it this far in 2002 but lost. Been 50 years since they went all the way. They are 13-1 and play a strong 13-1 team from the upstate.
I am going with a good friend and taking my 15 year old grand daughter and her friend. Should be lots of fun, sure hope they win.

Saw in the paper today that Mary Poppins is on tonight this evening on a major network television channel (in which I get), the original. Yours truly is calling it good this evening for that.

Well.................I enjoyed the evening with a good friend and my grandaughter and her girl friend. My buddy Sam and I, couple of Geezers walking in with two sweeties.



The fun ended quickly. As good as we played all year we were out matched and out gunned to the point that the other team set a record for the largest defeat in Playoff history. 63 to 13. Man, that was a butt whipping but our coach is a really young guy with a lot of fire so I think they will be back for another try in the future.

Thanks for the kinds words guys. She is 15 this is my other one, she is 16. Isn't it great that our girls look like their moms and not us geezer dads. Just yesterday they were little kids.





This is the two of them in 2006 in my Sneak Boat. Grow up fast don't they?
