Nice looking cake G. What's it filled with? I see over there in Mississippi they put the small necked baby () on the outside as well.

Didn't care for the outcome of AFC and NFC championship playoffs. Oh well. But I'm not going to protest, riot, or participate in any marches. They won by the rules of the game, that's the way it works and is to be accepted .

They but the baby on it so you can have the choice of putting it in the cake or not.

Ya'll are just waiting for some pictures of what I'm fooling around with at the moment. Or, anticipating what clever statements I might make .

What ever is correct. Anyway, don't understand why one of my lemon trees died after the cold snap we had. It has survived in the past when we had temps in the teens. I'm clueless on this. This one is between a satuma tree and a grapefruit tree:

Not sure what to think about that, nor what I'm going to do - yet. The Azaleas are blooming nicely after a serious cut back last time they bloomed:

I likes the looks of color this time of year. Meanwhile, have the Ancho chilies in the dehydrator doing their thing. As some of you folks know, the green Poblano we grow are called Ancho once red and dried. The Poblano plants are dirt cheap at Lowe's:

Once dried and ground it is a pure chili powder. The chili powder sold at stores is a mix of ancho, cumin, paprika, onion powder, etc. Phooey on that. Doing it in the shop because of the cold outside. Smells excellent in here. I do believe I'll make a chili this weekend. What ever - yep.
