I use PST for trolling cranks and long lining. I love my 14' Ozarks for spider rigging and you can not beat the price.

    Default Spider Rigging Poles

After the geezers raised cane at the fish hatchery meeting about spider rigging. I thought this would be the appropriate time to thank everyone for their advice about what type poles I should buy. I bought the 14 foot Ozark poles. Thanks to BRM he gave me a great price. If you need fishing equipment give him a chance.

Just put beads on all my poles. Will having a 3/8 or 1/2 oz weight negatively affect how the beads work ?

This is fifferent picture than few responses back.

You are using 1 bead on main line only from tip eye to last eye on rod...

Will give it a try - thanks

So what you are saying Bill, is if you buy a nice long Xpress boat, you can match some longer rods to fit it?

Does the size of the bead make much difference? I tried this yesterday after reading all the positive comments but I really couldn't hear the bead contact anything.
