Now that you mention it, I'd rather bring oil because I don't have to worry about keeping it cool or fresh ... what's a good oil and how much do you use? 5-10 gallons? 20? 30? Canola? Peanut? Vegetable? IDK, just throw me some numbers & type, I got memberships at the bulk food warehouses so the cost should be within reason.
