Exclamation Head count and supplies for fall SlabFest

Here's a list of things I can think of that we will want. If you plan on making it please cut/paste your name behind item(s) you can bring. Also let us know if you will be coming for the weekend/day/Friday "Liars Club".

    paper plates/silverware/cups- Hermin
    paper towels- Wicklundrh
    tablecloths- YD
    ice- Skillett007
    pop- wicklundrh
    water- Skillett007
    fryers- YD (have one), Skillett007
    cooking oil- Kgalla02
    deserts- dar
    fillets- YD, Skillett007, Wicklundrh
    breading- YD
    salads- YD
    french fries- Hermin
    hushpuppies- YD
    tartar sauce- dar

The only pavillion avail. is the large one (holds like a million people) for $100/day. Not thinking that we want to throw down the cash for that, so unless we get a bunch more people, those with canopies/etc. should try to bring them. The only plus to the pavillion is it makes a great place for the games if the weather isn't the best.

Feel free to add to the list if I've missed anything.

Picked up (6) boxes of Shore Lunch breading mixes at Menards yesterday so we should be good on that. Also have (6) bags of fillets.

Thx. Kev. I have the one turkey fryer, but if we do fries we may need another. Carol did the puppies on the stove in the trailer and that seemed to work fine.

    Don,
I'm in for Saturday. I'll bring my EZ-up, a couple of folding tables, some paper towels, and a case or two of Soda-pop! I have Fillets too if we find out that we are gonna need them.

I'm in for Saturday also ... pencil me in for a few desserts (I'm thinking 'pie' unless someone has a suggestion/preference) and some bags of salad w/dressings (again, I'm thinking french/ranch/italian unless someone has a suggestion/preference).
... for those about to fish, we salute you.

What kind of oil do we want? Its obviously the most expensive thing on the list perhaps we could all throw a little money on it so that no one has to bite the bullet and we get a little better oil?
