Latest update. Can't believe it's almost here...I'm not ready!

1. LAFishNut - Plates, Onion rings for Saturday, maybe some homemade cashew brittle for snacking.
2. DocWaldo - butt bites, drinks, tags/sharpies, alum. pans, paper towels, gluten-free dessert, salt/pepper
3. Shadow - shrimp and pulled pork
4. RM George - fryer and oil, smoked pork ribs
5. cyberwolf- banana cheesecake pudding and rum cakes
6. Southern Chuter - sauce piquant/rice
7. bflowers - brisket and baked beans, stove/oil/pots, hushpuppies, coffee and condiments, ice
8. D - Fries and a dessert
9. BigJohn….quail and a dessert
10. Greenshiner – Fryer and oil, Zatarains fish batter, maybe smoked sausage
11. Cajun Dave – some kind of casserole
12. Mr. & Mrs. Luvtofish – Dessert, cole slaw for Sat, tartar sauce, spicy crackers
14. Paw Paw Gene – Boudin balls, shrimp jambalaya
15. Luvtofish – beef tips/rice, paper towels, tartar sauce
16. BamaFan – Cups, plasticware, papertowels (Steve, Doc had a lot of things listed, so I just stopped with these. Let me know if I need to change [also, I grabbed plates since there was already beef tips coming])

Very nice fellas. Can't make it, we always spend the week of Thanksgiving at Toledo Bend. So, only so much time I can take off during a month. We've done this for a few years now.

I'm interested in cyberwolf's rum cakes, share what you have. Ann and I used to go to Belize twice a year - for several years in fact. Picked up a recipe down there. Raisins, pineapple, mangos, cashews, etc., with real rum. Mixed together and fermented in the refrigerator for several weeks. A very serious rum cake for sure once done, with a nice bite I must add.

Again, nice food list - good job.

got my butt bites started. went from a pork shoulder butt to cut up and in bags in the freezer. this is the hard work. LOL

Not sure where to put this,I'm bringing a folding chair for Bruce and me. I want a place to sit when I eat. If you have room, consider bringing a folding chair for sitting around shooting the bull and for mealtime.

You old fellers need to take a load off on a pretty regular basis. But this is a great idea. I always bring my soccer chairs and just set them up out by the sidewalk!!

great idea and if anyone has access to folding tables and chairs bet we could set a few up maybe outside and inside just a thought!!!!

my dad has a couple of lightweight plastic folding tables. i will get him to throw them in his truck and i will bring them. they will seat 6 each.

​I'm bringing a couple of tables and 8 folding chairs. If someone has a tarp they could bring it might come in handy.

my dad has a couple of lightweight plastic folding tables. i will get him to throw them in his truck and i will bring them. they will seat 6 each.

I GOT THREE tables. each one will seat 6. but i don't have any chairs. i do have a small square tent. maybe an 8x8 or so.
