    Well, less than a month away, so here's another update:

    1. LAFishNut - TBD, but I'm thinking a crockpot roast for Friday, Onion rings for Saturday, maybe some homemade cashew brittle for snacking.
    2. DocWaldo - butt bites, drinks, tags/sharpies, alum. pans, paper towls
    3. Shadow - shrimp and pulled pork
    4. RM George - fryer and oil, smoked pork ribs
    5. cyberwolf- banana cheesecake pudding and rum cakes
    6. Southern Chuter - sauce piquant/rice
    7. bflowers - brisket and baked beans, stove/oil/pots, hushpuppies, coffee and condiments
    8. D - Fries and a dessert
    9. BigJohn….quail and a dessert
    10. Greenshiner – Fryer and oil, Zatarains fish batter, maybe smoked sausage
    11. Cajun Dave – some kind of casserole
    12. Mr. & Mrs. Luvtofish – Dessert, cole slaw for Sat, tartar sauce, spicy crackers
    14. Paw Paw Gene – Boudin balls


    Ok, that's it for now. Let me know if I need to add anything....I’ll keep updating every so often as we get closer.

    That's TOO funny PS! I was wondering how many replies I had last time while we were a month out so I searched for Food Thread, and pulled up the one from last year. Near the end of September I posted an update with 15 people listed, and the very next post after that was yours. And you said "I'm bringing something or 2....just don't know what yet........." LOL It's like a standing tradition. haha! No pressure, still plenty of time to decide.
