    Wow that's looks good. I put 6 pounds of jerky marinating today. Can't Wait, better wear some stretchy pants.

    Maxwell, that's excellent right there! Not many folks around here know how to do a brisket right like that, the way they're supposed to be done. Pour the smoke to it. Hat's off to you, very good.

    Reminds me of a real pro - Freebird on here, David Freeman. Done the same way. He smokes in competitions the same way as you and I. Thanks for posting.

    LOW and SLOW. You can eat it with a plastic fork. You need no TEEF to eat my BEEF. LOL!!! I use pecan wood only.
