Ok. Another update:

1. LAFishNut - TBD, but I'm thinking a crockpot roast for Friday, Onion rings for Saturday, maybe some homemade cashew brittle for snacking.
2. DocWaldo - butt bites, drinks, tags/sharpies
3. Shadow - shrimp and pulled pork
4. RM George - fryer and oil
5. cyberwolf- banana cheesecake pudding and rum cakes
6. Southern Chuter - sauce piquant/rice
7. bflowers - brisket and baked beans, stove/oil/pots, hushpuppies, coffee and condiments
8. D - Fries and a dessert
9. BigJohn….quail and a dessert
10. Greenshiner – Fryer and oil, Zatarains fish batter, maybe smoked sausage
11. Cajun Dave – some kind of casserole (that Greenshiner’s not allow to have because he insulted it already. )

Ok, that's it for now. Let me know if I need to add anything....I’ll keep updating every so often as we get closer.

i will have our grill fired up on thursday night. if anyone wants to come break bread with us, just let me know. all you will need to bring is what you wanna throw on the grill. i will have drinks and dessert. i will bring the charcoal and grill supplies. just bring your food. we will be in cabin #9. fire the grill up around 630 or so.

lemme know if you will be joining us. wanna make sure i bring enough charcoal.

Scott. I don't know what Bonnie plans yet. I know we will have some kind of desserts. Cakes/pies?? Don't know yet. I will bring some cole slaw for saturday night. Also will bring some tartar sauce. When a decision is made on actual food I will post then. Will also have to bring Doc some of her spicy crackers.
