Gonna plant a few more things for fall crop when it dries enough. As close to a crappie as I've been was sharing some barbecue with Badbrad and a fella he referred to as inclement weather man, aka Buffalo13. Enjoyed that evening when we stretched the good ole days into better ole days. Even been looking ahead to trapping season. Gotta find a new critter to chase as they're not even buying coon at the big national Fur Buyers Sale, maybe some rats and yotes. My boat seems to turn into my potting table for spring an summer. Guess I should make that my next project to restore it back into my crappie machine. In a few more months the leaves will change an the breezes will cool. Those foggy mornings of standing on the bottom of ramp waiting on our buddy to get back from the parking lot aren't far off.
