yep , diced up some Nolan Ryan holy you know what good beef tenderloin that was left from a previous meal and made up a quesadilla or 3 for me and my wife ....
Went with the easy road , pepper jack slice on the flour tortilla , add the meat , topped with 4 cheese blend of Mexican shredded cheeses ....hit em with the bacon press ....
add avacado , sour cream and what still remains to be really tasty stuff ...
Some Pace HOT sauce ....
mmmmm KABOOM

p.s. tried a new brew with it, and I really didn't care for the new Corona sun Brew on the side

.....
too sweet and too much citrus ,just saying
AND no crappie were harmed on this adventure

it isnt bad , it just isnt me , its a tad heavy on the citrus in my opinion , it is actually a bit cloudy because of it ....
but ice cold and in a frosty mug it aint terrible by any means
