Thread: just in quesa ....you say ?

yep , diced up some Nolan Ryan holy you know what good beef tenderloin that was left from a previous meal and made up a quesadilla or 3 for me and my wife ....
Went with the easy road , pepper jack slice on the flour tortilla , add the meat , topped with 4 cheese blend of Mexican shredded cheeses ....hit em with the bacon press ....
add avacado , sour cream and what still remains to be really tasty stuff ...
Some Pace HOT sauce ....
mmmmm KABOOM
p.s. tried a new brew with it, and I really didn't care for the new Corona sun Brew on the side .....
too sweet and too much citrus ,just saying
AND no crappie were harmed on this adventure
