I thought about that too, I also have two TM batteries. By moving the batteries I would necessarily have to make a new hatch or do something to isolate the the batteries in the bow so they don't leak on anything (like life jackets) and remain substantially level. But that sure would put about 125 pounds in the bow, and with less run of wire to the TM it should slightly decrease electricity comsumption.

I also just went out and looked at the motor pitch and it was straight up and down, so I took it down one notch to cant slightly into the stern. My new prop isn't in today, so it may be a day or two before I can get back on the water. I don't plan on going out this weekend, you would not be able to swing a cat out there this weekend.
