Yes Slipcork, I still fish out of an aluminum flatbottom. I remember in 1972 when my dad bought this boat I thought it was big. But as I've gotten older and fatter a 14/36 is tiny now. But since most of the places I fish don't have boat ramps, you just back off down a gumbo bank, it's still a good boat, just a little narrow at times. grizzly
