But another thought on this touchy subject... Who is to say this guy was not taking samples at a boat ramp where there is an increased likelyhood of mutiple 2-stroke oil burners (read as oil ejectors) were sitting getting warmed up. The same chemicals he was testing for would more than likely be found in the oil that was not burned, leaving the running motor at the sample site. Would they not?
