Who is "Opflex Solutions"?? Who hired them? Why do they say there is oil in LC?

OPFLEX is a company that sells material that soaks up oil used in booms and other equipment. Apparently BP bought a bunch of their product and used them in the gulf oil spill. Exxon apparently did not decide to buy his product. I am not sure if the Seirra Club hired them or if they are just stiring up trouble on their own. We are not sure why they are saying their is oil in the lake. We are still trying to get to the bottom of this.

Exactly what Bob said!! I just heard this reported again on the Buzz. Seems to me that if this guy is just blowing smoke to sell his product, then there would be a lot of people interested in shutting him up. Why has he not been required to prove his claims. If what he says is true, then it goes beyond monetary gain.

I fished Palarm the other day.
You could see oily residue floating around and what not.. Who knows where it came from.
I have seen this in stagnant water before.. And quite often..

All that I can do it report the FACTS as I know them. Hopefully we can settle this sooner than later.

I guess my previous post was a little unclear. Im just saying why isnt this guy forced to either prove his claims, or shut up? He is causing a lot of unnecessary concern if it isn't true.
