I guess my previous post was a little unclear. Im just saying why isnt this guy forced to either prove his claims, or shut up? He is causing a lot of unnecessary concern if it isn't true.

I agree completely. We are in the process of trying to get his data. The problem is that even if we do get a hold of the data (he doesnt have to provide it to us by the way) there in no way to tell where the water samples were taken. He may claim that they were taken some where in the lake, but they could have been taken from a completely different location. Also, there are concerns on who is analyzing the water samples. This type of analysis is sophisticated and takes very expensive equipment. I am about to attend meetings the rest of the day. If we find anything else out, I will let yall know.
