Indeed. I read about few recent fishing expos in Russia. Tict, Yamaga Blanks, Graphiteleader, Apia and some other Japanese rods makers are all represented regularly. As Alphahawk mentioned before, Tict had a serious of rods designed specifically for Russia. Graphiteleader seems to be in the same boat. Apia is reportedly in talks with a major Russian distributor on the same matter.
