Pictured is the Major Craft Finetail SUL and the Tenryu Rayz Alter super UL. These are definitely my favorite bluegill and shellcracker rods. The sensitivity, fun factor and overall performance, makes me a better angler.

I'm going to desperately try and figure out if the Tenryu is truly worth the extra money. The Tenryu is priced at roughly $385-$390...the Major Craft can be had for around half of that price, or less.

I have the Majorcraft Finetail L632 model and its pretty much an ultralight despite being listed as a light action. The SUL has to be super ultralight as listed.
