Tal, get you an umbrella at Academy, find one you like. That's where I got mine 4-5 years ago when I did my set-up. All different ones there - look where they sell the golf equipment. Once you do, measure the length of the pole and tell me what it is, longer the better. It matters. I'll put something together for you and drop it off.

I'm going to have to put me two on my boat that's real neat
What is the diameter of the PVC pipe?
Thanks....
There are two options.....1 1/2" sch 40 or 1 1/4" sch 40.....I used ideas from PPG and saute86 to make mine.....I took my seat pole with me to Lowe's to check out the fit for snugness....the 1 1/4" was more snug so I went with that...after completion I tried it out and it would not slide over the pole.....dummy me had not allowed for the pipe taking up more space inside the 1 1/4" "T".....so, I had to cut out the middle section and it still works fine....I also did not glue the cap on....it gives me the option to modify it later if I wish.....mine was made for an 8 ft. dia. "Sportsbrella" I got at Sams......thanks PPG & saute86 for the help....

Thanks for the information....
That looks good. I need to build another mount. I am using a mount I got from BP shops 20 years ago and it was designed for a smaller umbrella and the larger sport brella flexes too much.
