SOme of these laws seem pretty silly to me for those of us that fish alone on a regular basis. Why do I need a trhrowable flotation device on deck when I am by myself. Am I going to throw it to myself as I am falling out of the boat? Next they will be reguiring people on docks to be wearing a PFD.
