Sounds like you were lucky. Mine happened in 2005, I was 50 years old that year. I was not really in any pain but felt exactly what a coworker had told me about his, he had one and said "it felt like a 500 pound gorrilla sitting on my chest". That was what I felt, went to bed, tossed and turned and when I broke out in a heavy sweat, woke the wife up and said lets go honey, she drove me to emergency room, walked in, they hooked me up and said "you're having an attack right now but you are in the right place." I ended up with three stints, was off work 8 weeks, got in lots of fishing during rehab. It will give you a completely different outlook on life, not just fishing. Take time to smell the roses, let the people you care about know how you feel about them and find something you love to do and do it until you are tired of it. I had a real good friend dropped in his tracks because he was a tough guy and just shook it off, no one but him knew if he had any other incidents before the Lord took him. Don't fool around, each of us knows what your body tells you and you need to get something done if you feel pressure on your chest. I'm glad I did. Good luck with yours, see you out there.
