I'll pm you with what I have heard was working on any of the lakes you mentioned.
Darks work well for some and some can't stand them as you can see.
Again, your best bet is to talk to friendly anglers that are willing to share their experience with you based on their set skills and knowledge.
And NEVER forget, minnows are on every pro boat in a tournament so don't let anyone tell you that you can't use them to locate the crappie and then work your jigs. Too many "jig only" anglers like to bash other anglers that use them. Don't listen to them. Catch more than them and they shut up.
